Managing Performance
Managing Performance is a 2 day workshop which examines best practice in managing and developing the performance of your team members and how you apply best practice. It includes how to link your employees efforts to your business plan via performance scorecards, how to effectively plan and monitor performance, and how to strategically grow the capability of your team members, and how to address issues of poor performance effectively.

This workshop is for managers, team leaders and those that have to manage the performance of others effectively - it is especially useful for those who are new to managing performance or wish to improve their skills in this area. If you want to:

- How to conduct an effective performance appraisal
- How to conduct performance improvement discussions
- How to create effective individual development plans
