Integrated Talent Management
Integrated Talent Management is a one day workshop that presents the latest thinking in talent management and assists you to examine your current organisational practice in this area, and practical strategies to attract, engage, retain and develop the talent you need and have.
Who the workshop is for:
This workshop is for HR managers, senior leaders and those who are concerned about attracting, retaining and developing talent, who are new to the science of talent management, or who may not yet have a talent strategy or plan in place for their organisation to ensure it's responding effectively to talent shortages and who wish to become world class in this area.
