Gabrielle Young, Director Gabrielle has nearly 20 years HR and Organisational Development experience. She founded Stratus Consulting in 2003 to assist organisations and individuals to work better and smarter. It is people working together who deliver results in a business and Stratus Consulting helps leaders and individuals to build world-class teams that are focused on meeting the organisation's vision and strategy and on achieving outstanding results. Gabrielle has worked with some of New Zealand's best known brands across a wide variety of sectors. She has extensive expertise in organisation development, management development, leadership development, executive development, competency systems development, project management, coaching, training and facilitation, course design, delivery and evaluation. Gabrielle specialises in creating customised, workable solutions to meet organisations' needs. She has a reputation for being a quality provider of organisation development services. Previously in her corporate career, Gabrielle worked in some of New Zealand's largest and most well known organisations as their Learning and Development Manager and has also worked in Europe as a project manager. Carolyn Oxley, Associate Consultant(HR and Employee Relations - Auckland) Carolyn is an experienced employee relations and HR consultant who has worked across a range of industries to assist organisations with HR policy development, change management, employment agreement development and implementation, performance improvement and training and coaching managers in Employment Law, the Disciplinary process and procedural fairness and performance management. 
Helena Cuming, Associate HR Consultant (Wellington) Helena is an experienced HR consultant specialising in organisation design, change management, and people processes design and implementation and employee relations. She has extensive experience in major change management programmes in both New Zealand and the UK and brings a wealth of experience to her work with our clients. Helena has worked in a range of industries including aviation, banking, health and energy. 
Trish Tapara, Associate Consultant(HR and Learning and Development - Auckland) Trish is an experienced consultant who has worked in a large range of organisations developing and implementing learning and development systems, competency models, performance management systems and reviewing and developing organisational capability. She is an experienced facilitator, designer, trainer, coach and career consultant and has previously worked in retail, finance, telecommunications, insurance and public sector organisations. Trish is passionate about travel and combines her consulting work with adventure travel around the world. 
Steve Wooderson, Sales Management Consultant(Coach and Trainer - Auckland) Steve is a seasoned sales executive , coach and trainer with over 15 years of international sales management, strategic sales development and account management experience. He specialises in creating value for businesses with the goal of dramatically increasing their sales results.. He can assist with key account management and sales programme design, implementation and management, as well as coaching and training sales teams, business owners and managers to achieve significantly improved sales results and a better bottom line. 
James Samuel, Associate Consultant(Corporate Community Building and Social Networking Consultant - Auckland) James is a corporate community building and social networking technologies expert and has founded, created and facilitated several innovative on-line communities including OOOOby, Transition towns and a site for the construction industry. He now works with us to create alumni sites, corporate communities, communities of practice and social networks.  Kel Douglas, Office Manager / Client Liaison Kel Douglas is our office manager / client liaison and combines working with us with a busy family life. Kel has a background in administration, customer services and project management and has previously worked in apparel, teaching, telecommunications, and public sector organisations.
