Video assessment and coaching is a useful tool to use to develop:

How does it work?
Once the coaching need has been agreed, the coach and client can set up and video practice scenarios which relate to the agreed development need - these are then reviewed against agreed criteria and the client can see more fully how they impact others with their behaviour and learn and practice with feedback new, more effective ways of operating.
